  More people would be able to go to this beautiful island if there ferry prices were better it will cost my family $170 just to get there why not make the family 2A 3C and cheaper so familys can afford to visit.

  All and all if you use this company except low prices to not even know what you have booked or what you're supposed to be doing.

  When you pay a low cost for something you don't expect a lot. But when I booked a day over at Kepple Island I atleast expected to know what I had booked. First off no one told me what I was doing, I got on the ferry got to the island and spent 30 minutes trying to figure out what was going on as the staff had no clue and I had no clue as the lady on the phone hadn't told me. Second I was told to get on the ferry at 4 to head back to the marina, so I get on the Ferry and the person tells me that I was not on the Ferry so I needed to spend another 1.5 hours on the island and I had already handed all my stuff back as I though I was heading home.
